Happy Christmas to you too. I was woken this morning at 6 am by our local orthodox priest ringing his bell furiously to announce Christmas morning Eucharist and then listening to him chanting the service over loudspeakers. So I enjoyed the service from the warmth of my bed

Thanks Paul; the best sort of gifts connecting us with echos of the past and which will stay with you long into the day. Christmas blessings to everyone and good fortune to all with the inherent chaos of family gatherings...

Seasons Greetings. Thank you for all your writing over the past year-it's helpful to step back and get an overview of the chaos in the world. The hymn is lovely.

Went to a children's Mass with my five kids and their families and my husband. Everyone was in town for our fortieth anniversary celebration and Christmas (first time all were here in a decade). And it was magical. Children renew one's imagination.

Thank you for this song - one of my favorites, and the poem. I played the song as I woke and made my bed, letting a pup out of her crate and shed some tears, as it is the most tender part of Christmas for me- the memories of my family that’s past and the love I have for them. Missing them. Today will be new memories for future with my family here now. Thank you for bringing Christmas in song to me this morning- Wishing you make tender memories today- Peace to you
